People ask, “Who is Ed Mashaw”? Where shall I begin….Oh! I know, once upon a time this baby boy was born….Oh, maybe I should get to the point.  Okay! To know Ed Mashaw is an experience you will never forget. He will entertain you, if you let him. Ed loves to teach, so you can picture Ed surrounded by children with their hands raised and eager to answer the questions.  Ed comes from a very large family of 9 brothers and 4 sisters.  To meet this family would help you understand why Ed is who he is.  He is eager to help anyone in need.  God gave him so many gifts and he uses them to the fullest.  Ed joined the Navy in 1973 and served 4 years active and 2 years inactive. Then this magical event occurred, he met Linda and they were married in 1977. Ed’s ability to adapt to anything from working the hay fields in his home town of Carlsbad, New Mexico to hauling race horses, to becoming the manager for Mesa Airlines. When Mesa Airlines expanded, Ed was asked to move to the Panhandle of Florida in 1992 to open and operate the station at the NW Florida Regional Airport. He later joined Navarre Beach Agency, Inc in 1991 and teamed up with Janet Larker, who by the way is a great mentor. She taught him so much and he is grateful to her.  He is a team player, with so many ideas, that sometimes it’s hard to know which project to start first. His hobbies include: Travel, cruises, training and riding horses and when he gets the opportunity he loves to fish.
