 The very unique roof over the Sailor's Grill and Juana's Pagoda were built by Valjawan Deer, Choctaw Indian, with a Seminole Indian crew. It is an ancient, closely guarded craft passed to the first born son (or last daughter) from generation to generation. The roof's palm leaves have been indiviually hand woven to create a water tight seal over the cypress log frame. | |
